We do not knowingly direct-target advertising at children under 13, and we do not use FreeEdu’s student-facing App (as opposed to this marketing Site) to serve third-party ads to logged-in students.

The FreeEdu App collects additional data to power personalized learning — account details, learning progress, AI mentor chat history, and (with explicit parental consent only) Smart Guardian parental-control data. The App:

• Stores all data in asia-south1 (Mumbai, India)
• Does not show third-party ads to signed-in students
• Applies stricter safeguards and disables direct messaging by default for under-13 users
• Lets any user erase their account and data via “Delete My Account” in the App

• Right to erasure — request deletion of data you’ve submitted via this Site

This Site is intended for parents, teachers, institutions, and prospective adult users researching FreeEdu — it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this Site’s contact/demo forms. The FreeEdu App itself is used by students of all ages under the data protections summarized in §6, including parental-consent requirements for its Smart Guardian feature.
